Terms of Service

“The Platform” or “SourcelyDZ”: the website sourcelydz.com and related services, operated by SourcelyDZ.

“User”: any person or entity that creates an account on, or uses, the Platform.

“Wholesaler”: any seller or supplier whose products or contact details appear on the Platform. A wholesaler is a fully independent third party with no employment, partnership, or agency relationship with the Platform.

“Listing”: any product, image, price, or description displayed on the Platform.

SourcelyDZ is a search and discovery service: it gathers wholesale product information published on public online channels, organizes it, makes it searchable by text or photo, and shows the User a way to contact the wholesaler.

The Platform does not sell, buy, stock, ship, or inspect any product, and does not receive or transfer any payment between the User and the wholesaler. Its role ends at displaying information and enabling contact.

Any agreement, sale, purchase, payment, or delivery between you and a wholesaler is a contract formed solely between the two of you.

SourcelyDZ is not a party to that contract, and is not an agent, intermediary, broker, representative, or guarantor of either side, and takes no commission from such dealings. Your subscription pays for the search and discovery service only — never for a product or a transaction.

Accordingly, the Platform accepts no responsibility for whether a transaction is completed, for late or missing delivery, for non-payment, or for any dispute or fraud arising between a User and a wholesaler.

Information shown on the Platform — including wholesaler contact details — originates from third parties and is presented as received.

The Platform does not verify a wholesaler's identity, commercial registration, licensing, solvency, actual stock, or the truthfulness of what they publish.

The appearance of any wholesaler or product on the Platform is not a recommendation, endorsement, or assurance of quality or integrity.

The Platform gives no warranty, express or implied, regarding displayed products: quality, conformity with description, authenticity, safety, fitness for a particular purpose, legality, or freedom from counterfeiting or third-party rights.

Everything concerning the goods — inspection, warranty, returns, exchange, minimum order quantity, delivery terms — is agreed directly between you and the wholesaler, at your joint responsibility.

Displayed prices are taken from third-party posts and extracted automatically using AI; they may be outdated, incomplete, inaccurate, or misread.

They may exclude taxes, fees, or transport, and may depend on a minimum order quantity not shown in the listing.

Prices are indicative only and do not constitute a binding offer. Always confirm the final price and its conditions directly with the wholesaler before making any payment.

It is your responsibility to verify the wholesaler and the goods before sending any money, and to choose a secure payment method.

You are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to your business, including import, commercial, and tax rules.

You are responsible for your account, the confidentiality of your credentials, and all activity carried out through it.

If a dispute arises between you and a wholesaler, you release SourcelyDZ and its operators from any claim, action, compensation, or loss of any kind arising out of or relating to that dispute.

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”, with no warranty that it will operate uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SourcelyDZ accepts no liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, nor for lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, or reputational harm.

In any event, the Platform's total liability, whatever its cause, will not exceed the subscription fees you actually paid during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend and indemnify SourcelyDZ and its operators against any claim, loss, or expense — including legal fees — arising from your use of the Platform, your transactions with wholesalers, or your breach of these terms or of third-party rights.

The Platform may direct you to external applications or services to contact a wholesaler. Those services are outside our control, are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we accept no responsibility for what happens on them.

The Platform's design, code, and brand belong to SourcelyDZ.

Product images and descriptions remain the property of their original owners and are displayed as third-party content.

If you are a rights holder and believe content of yours should be removed, write to the address at the bottom of this page identifying the listing; we will handle the request and remove the content where the right is established.

Access to the catalog requires an account and an active subscription.

Payment by international card (Visa / Mastercard) is a monthly auto-renewing subscription, preceded by a 3-day free trial that converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends. You may cancel renewal at any time from the billing page.

Payment by Algerian card (CIB / EDAHABIA) is a single payment granting 30 days of access, with no automatic renewal. The subscription simply ends unless you renew it yourself.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Plans differ: the Starter plan includes a limited number of searches and shows newly added products only after 72 hours, while the Pro plan provides immediate access and additional features. Prices and plan limits may change with prior notice.

Automated extraction, copying, republication, resale, or redistribution of Platform data to third parties is prohibited.

Sharing or reselling access to your account is prohibited, as is using the Platform for unlawful or harmful purposes.

We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these terms, without refund.

You may cancel your subscription at any time; access to the catalog then ends.

These terms may be updated; the last-updated date appears at the top of this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance, and we may ask you to accept again where changes are material.

These terms are governed by Algerian law, and the Algerian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Before taking legal action, we ask that you contact us so we can seek an amicable resolution.

If any clause is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses stay in force.

These terms constitute the entire agreement regarding your use of the Platform. Failure to enforce a right at any time is not a waiver of it.

You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign ours on a transfer of the service.

We are not liable for interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control. The release, limitation of liability, and indemnification clauses survive the end of your subscription.
