Privacy Policy

Account data: name, email address, phone number, and sign-in method (email or Google account).

Subscription data: your status, expiry date, and search credits. Your bank card details never pass through our servers and are not stored by us.

Usage data: the searches you run (text or image), products you open, contact clicks to wholesalers, the categories you choose, and your saved alerts.

Technical data: browser and device type, IP address, and pages visited.

To run the service: signing you in, giving access to the catalog according to your plan, running searches, and sending your alerts.

To improve the platform: understanding what merchants search for and refining results and categories.

To communicate with you: answering your questions, informing you about your account and subscription, and telling you about offers and new features. Your phone number is used for these two purposes: support and promotional offers.

To measure our advertising performance and understand which channels merchants find us through.

Data is stored with Supabase (database and accounts), the platform is hosted on Vercel, and product images are stored on Cloudflare R2.

Connections are encrypted and database access is governed by rules that prevent one user from reading another's data. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Payments: Whop (international cards) and Chargily (Algerian CIB and EDAHABIA cards). These providers receive payment data directly under their own privacy policies.

AI: Google Gemini for analyzing images and text during search and product classification.

Analytics and ad measurement: PostHog for product analytics, plus Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel to measure advertising performance. These advertising tools run on public pages only.

Performance and error tracking: Sentry for technical errors and Vercel Analytics for page speed.

We use necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember preferences such as language and theme.

We also use analytics and advertising-measurement cookies through the services listed above, which may be used to show personalized advertising. You can manage cookies in your browser; disabling necessary cookies will prevent sign-in.

We do not sell your personal data.

We do not share your account data with wholesalers. When you contact a wholesaler through an external app, whatever you choose to tell them is your decision and is governed by that app's policy.

We share only what is necessary with the providers listed above in order to operate the platform, and may disclose data where the law requires it.

You can view and edit your data from the Settings page, and request deletion of your account by writing to us.

You can ask to stop receiving promotional messages while keeping your account.

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. After deletion your personal data is removed, subject to limited records kept for accounting or legal purposes.

This policy may be updated; the date appears at the top of the page. We will let you know if changes are material.
